Peter Walton - Owner.
Peter has been involved in the provision of services to vulnerable adults for several years having previously owned a number of homes.
He is committed to ensuring that the people that we support have a good quality of life, and supports his management team to promote quality service delivery, and invests in ensuring that there is a high quality environment for people to live in.
Sally Box - Manager.
Sally has overall responsibility for the health and wellbeing of both clients and staff. Sally has acheived her Registered Managers Award and NVQ level 4, and has worked in social care since 1996 within a variety of learning disability settings.
Previous experience includes managing Domicillary Care Services, and managerial roles, with qualifications both in Health & Social care and Health & Safety.
Interests include complex and challenging behaviours and autism.
Tracey Ridley - Deputy Manager.
Tracey has worked at Walton Lodge for 6 years, with 2 years as a Support Worker and the last 4 years as a Team Leader.
Previous experience includes working in elderly care. Tracey is currently working towards her NVQ in Management, having already obtained levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care.
Special interests include complex and challenging behaviours.
